Info: - To acquire new clients and maintain sustainability of business with existing clients - Negotiate with clients on cost estimates to ensure maximum profitability on every project - Act as a single point of contact between the client and the internal team - Understanding the client�âïÿýïÿýs event requirement & accordingly involve the team to provide innovative solutions on the project - Provide timely feedback to the Internal Team and make sure appropriate reiterations are made to the concept thought, design, estimate, etc. - To coordinate with all the departments and ensure quality execution on all fronts is scheduled as discussed during the planning phase - High involvement in research, planning & strategy, conceptualizing and leading all brainstorming meetings - Preparing project cost sheets, detailed checklists, event flows/scripts and manual for the event - Keeping all internal record and reports on all projects, ensuring client approvals on creative�âïÿýïÿýs and scripts, estimates and advances, briefing other teams/ vendors/artiste/ emcee/promoters appropriately - Pro active approach on chasing targets on all projects, achieving revenue targets, updating weekly business strategy updates to the General Manager
